What you'll accomplish

By the end of this guide, you'll have a Claude Project configured as your personal clinical letter library — a persistent AI assistant that knows your letter formats, professional details, and writing style. When you need an FMLA letter, a care coordination letter, or an insurance appeal, you'll have a complete draft in under 3 minutes instead of 20–30 minutes of writing from scratch.

What you'll need

  • Claude Pro account ($20/month at claude.ai) — the Projects feature requires Pro
  • Your professional letterhead information (name, license number, contact details)
  • Your 3 most commonly written letter types (FMLA, care coordination, insurance appeal)
  • Time needed: 1 hour to set up; 3 minutes per letter to use
  • Cost: $20/month (Claude Pro)
